At JustScore ("we", "our", or "the Application"), our mission is fundamentally simple: to provide football supporters with real-time, ultra-fast live scores, standings, and match notifications without turning their devices into betting parlors or data brokers.

2.1 Push Notifications via Apple Push Notification service (APNs)
If you choose to receive live match notifications (such as goals, match start/finish, or red cards), the Application requests permission through iOS standard dialogs. Upon approval, iOS issues an anonymous Device Push Token.
- This token contains no personal identifier, name, or phone number.
- It is used exclusively by our servers to dispatch instant match alerts directly to your specific device.
- You may revoke this permission at any moment via your device's native Settings > Notifications > JustScore.
2.2 On-Device Storage (Local Preferences)
Your pinned matches, favorite clubs, and league visibility filters are saved locally on your device via standard client-side storage. This data never leaves your device and is never coupled with your personal identity.
3 Strict Stance on Betting & Third-Party Advertising
Unlike conventional sports score applications, JustScore adheres to strict editorial and privacy constraints:
- No Betting Odds or Affiliate Links: We do not integrate betting odds (1X2, Over/Under), bookmaker referral links, or gambling banners.
- No Third-Party Ad Networks: We do not integrate SDKs from Google AdMob, Unity, AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, or any behavioral tracking networks.
- No Cross-App Tracking: JustScore does not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites and does not request IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) access.
4 Network Infrastructure & Security
We implement stringent technical security controls to safeguard application communications:
- Modern HTTPS / TLS 1.3: All communications between the Application, our web endpoints, and backend services are enforced over encrypted HTTPS / TLS 1.3 connections.
- Cloudflare DDoS & Proxy Shield: Public web access is proxied through Cloudflare's global edge network, preventing server IP exposure and mitigating automated abuse.
- Minimal Logging: Backend servers only log ephemeral, anonymous network metrics (such as HTTP response status codes) strictly for load balancing, debugging, and service availability. IP addresses in access logs are not stored permanently or used for user profiling.
5 Children's Online Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)
Because JustScore contains no gambling advertisements, no wagering odds, no user-generated messaging, and does not collect personal identifiers, the Application is safe for sports enthusiasts of all ages, including children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from minors.
6 Your Legal Rights & Data Portability
Under regulations such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), UK GDPR, and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), users hold rights regarding access, deletion, and rectification of personal data.
Because JustScore does not maintain accounts or store identifiable personal profiles on our servers, there is no personal record database to delete. You can instantly purge all locally stored preferences at any time by clearing application data or simply deleting the app from your device.
